Turn+ will add "a unique layer" to the existing offerings of Turn, founded by Tony Hon in 2005. This new entity aims to deliver not only social-by-design creative engagement, but also digital-led communications between brands and consumers. The partnership with Leung is "a new milestone" for Turn. "I can see synergy there. Simply exciting," said Hon.

“At Turn+, our ideas will not be bounded by any type of media," said Leung. "We will only focus on the ones that relevant to our target audience. Our goal is to become the prototype of the next-generation creative agency.”

Leung also offered testimonials from two former clients.

"When Rudi explains about digital and social executions, you would never be humiliated by fashionable jargon," commented Rose Yeung, director of sales and marketing at 7-Eleven Hong Kong. "He'd just make complicated concepts easy to understand."

"Rudi is one of the most influential pioneers in social media without doubt. He is full of vision and passion," said Brucemond Chan, senior marketing manager at Fonterra Hong Kong. "With his strong social pulse, Rudi would inspire both his team and client to think out of the box and seize the social media wave for optimisation,"
