GLOBAL - BBDO CEO Andrew Robertson and chief creative officer David Lubars sat down with Campaign for the final of four interviews with global industry leaders, which launched on Campaignasia.com this week.

Robertson is the youngest person ever to lead the network. He began his career in advertising as a media planner at Ogilvy & Mather and subsequently switched to account management. Robertson joined J. Walter Thompson in 1989 and was appointed as chief executive of WCRS in 1990. He relocated to the UK in 1995, joining Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO. Six years later he moved to BBDO North America to take charge as president and CEO.

Lubars is the chairman and CCO of BBDO North America.
