Prior to this appointment, she was the group account director of Proximity Malaysia, growing its business organically whilst advocating digital marketing solutions to ensure collaboration across Proximity and BBDO.

She also worked on managing relationships across Proximity’s host of clients, including Astro, Hotlink, Fonterra, Great Eastern, HP and DHL.

A business systems graduate from Monash University in Australia, Koay has over eight years of experience, leading and managing in different industries, with clients such as Toyota, Celcom, Johnson’s Baby, Dunhill, Mead Johnson, Olympus and ICI Dulux.

“We are very happy to have a seasoned practitioner with a great track record join Vocanic and help us manage the enormous growth and opportunity there is for Vocanic as the leading full service social media agency here in Malaysia,” McKee said.
