Based at Waggner Edstrom's Beijng office, Gan will manage overall operations and oversee the client portfolio across technology, corporate, healthcare and consumer sectors.
Gan has built a strong career in communications and spent the past 15 years in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. She was most recently the director for corporate and financial practice at Ogilvy PR in Hong Kong.
“Her previous work in China, coupled with her diplomacy and foreign service experience, has equipped her with excellent skills that our clients will find invaluable,” said David Ko, executive vice-president for Asia-Pacific at WE.
Gan has also held positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore, the Singapore Economic Development Board and the Singapore International Foundation.
