Women Leading Change returns in 2019 with new features for empowering diversity leaders

Following a highly successful 2018 conference, Women Leading Change is back in 2019 to champion the standout individuals who are fostering greater diversity in Asia’s media and marketing industry.

The 2019 conference will focus on the theme of “Making diversity inclusive”, looking at how businesses can adopt practices that cultivate equality and diversity in the workplace. This year’s programme will look at how impact can be made on an individual level, equipping business leaders with roadmaps, dialog points and strategies for creating a more balanced workforce.

New to this year’s conference is the first ever WLC Workshop, designed specifically for future leaders. The workshop is free to attend for conference ticket holders who are Senior Managers and below and will include:

  • How to lead meetings, take control and get your voice heard
  • How to build a stronger professional network and your personal brand 2.0
  • The skills of the future: what does the industry expect from the next generation of leaders?
  • Plus, live mentorship with some of the industry’s most prominent figures

Rising stars in media, marketing and the creative industries will gain first-hand tips, insights and advice from leaders and talent experts. Armed with inspiration and practical next steps, workshop attendees will have the tools to effect change for greater inclusivity.

Following the conference, the Women Leading Change Awards will celebrate and honour those who are demonstrating outstanding leadership and innovation, paving the way for greater inclusivity in their respective roles.
