Wunderman Beijing appoints Narelle Hicks as MD

BEIJING - Narelle Hicks, most recently chief marketing officer of Kidzana Shanghai, has joined Wunderman Beijing in a newly created role as managing director.

Hicks came on board this week and reports to Stephane Faggianelli, the agency’s president based in Hong Kong and in charge of leading Wunderman's operations in Asia.

Wunderman Beijing’s core clients include Microsoft and Nokia. The newly created MD role is in line with business growth and a subsequent increased investment in senior leadership.

Hicks has extensive agency experience in China and Asia, including a stint as GM for Proximity China. She also served as regional business director at OgilvyOne in Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong, overseeing prominent accounts including Nestle, Diageo, IBM, American Express and The Economist.
