Young Families magazine gets a makeover

SINGAPORE – Published on behalf of PAP Community Foundation (PCF), the bi-monthly Young Families magazine starts the year with a new look.

Young Families magazine gets a makeover

Distributed to the parents of children in PCF kindergartens, the magazine focuses on parenting preschoolers aged three to seven. SPH Magazines has been contracted by PAP Community Foundation to publish Young Families since January 2006.

Content is now organised into three parts: Live, Grow and At PCF. The Live section brings recommendations on how to spend quality time with the little ones and to keep them busy.

In Grow, articles focus on perennial issues that parents have to deal with, complete with solutions and advice from the experts.

At PCF highlights the colourful happenings at various PCF centres, so parents are regularly updated on activities that their children are involved in.

Azreen Noor, SPH’s senior editor, said, “With the revamp, the magazine maintains its objective of delivering engaging and topical information for busy young families, but now tackles parenting in the most practical way. Throughout, stories are peppered with pull-out tips and ideas. Complementing the content is a fun and friendly design, enhanced with even more vibrant pictures and graphics to provide a personable reading experience.”
