DATA POINTS: Consumer confidence levels off in Southeast Asia

Although economic confidence in Southeast Asia is running high compared with other global regions, consumers in many countries are focused on saving and economising, according to Nielsen's latest Consumer Confidence Index. Indonesia topped the list for confidence, followed by the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.
