Ad Nut: What do you mean the Super Bowl didn't happen yet?

Ad Nut brings you good and bad ads from all over. This week, the Super Bowl dominates, with ads (or teases for ads) from Budweiser, Newcastle, McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Victoria's Secret and more, plus some non-Super Bowl ads (if you can believe that).

Ad Nut gathers ads from anywhere in the worldcampaigns the editors here aren't planning to cover themselves. Once a week, Ad Nut presents the latest collection here for your viewing pleasure. Because Ad Nut loves you.

ABOVE: Here's the glorious climax of Newcastle's 'Band of brands' initiative, which supposedly financed a Super Bowl spot by subletting logo space and product mentions. (Ad Nut included the video explaining the concept a couple of weeks ago.)

Speaking of the Super Bowl, what was once a three-hour extravaganza of ads has now become a three-week buildup, with many of the ads already teased or released in full. Our friends at Campaign US in New York have been following all of the action. Below you'll find a few of Ad Nut's favourites.

Also, if you're up for a live discussion of the ads during the game (Sunday evening US time, Monday morning in Asia), those same US colleagues are hosting a Twitter party at #CampaignSuperBowl.

The King of Beers, and arguably the King of Super Bowl ads, Budweiser, follows up on last year's 'Puppy love' with 'Lost dog' by Anomaly.

Ad Nut showed you the teaser video last week, and that did so well Snickers went ahead and released its Brady Bunch Super Bowl ad in full. It does not disappoint. Ad Nut would pay to see a full episode starring Steve Buscemi as Jan.

The National Football League (host of the Super Bowl) has been justly criticised this season for issues with domestic violence among its player ranks—and its poor handling of discipline in such incidents. Now the league is trying to turn the tide by partnering with an organisation called No More and running this Super Bowl spot, by Grey.

Victoria's Secret reminds football fans that Valentine's Day is approaching.

Volvo, which is not buying a spot during the broadcast, announces its plans to hijack other carmakers' Super Bowl ads with a contest.

Jeff Bridges sings lullabies for SquareSpace.

McDonalds's teases its Super Bowl ad and a new form of payment.
