AMEX Meetings & Events extends partnership with DoubleDutch

American Express Meetings & Events has renewed its partnership with event tech provider DoubleDutch. DoubleDutch supplies them with mobile attendee experience solutions for clients with robust meetings & events programs.

Incorporated into the renewal agreement, DoubleDutch engagement data is now available within Meetings Insights, a centralised data platform for American Express Meetings & Events. The result is insights and reporting around individual events as well as across an entire meetings program.

The renewed agreement also integrates travel data into event apps to create a one-stop shop for attendees traveling to their event, to provide a more “seamless” attendee experience. Clients may also benefit from new features, including personalised content for attendees, safety check prompts, and advanced surveys.
