Chairman and chief creative officer of BBDO North America David Lubars has been appointed as jury president for the TV/Cinema, Print, Outdoor and Radio jury, as well as the Integrated jury, at this year’s Spikes Asia Festival.

Bob Greenberg, chairman, CEO and global chief creative of full-service digital agency R/ Greenberg Associates, has been named as Design jury president.

This year, Spikes Asia will offer lower delegate registration fees to enable a wider range of delegates to attend the event. Registration opened on 22 April.

The 2010 festival coincides with the week of the Singapore F1 Grand Prix, giving those who wish to attend the race the opportunity to stay on.

Close to 1,000 delegates attended the 2009 Spikes Asia Advertising Festival, partaking in an intense - and sometimes controversial - programme of seminars and interactive workshops presented by some of the finest regional and global creative thinkers.
