This is part of the National Library Board’s long term initiative to encourage Chinese Singaporeans to learn and consistently speak Mandarin, and reap the economic and cultural benefits of using the language.

Phyllis Choe, director of Media Services at Dentsu Singapore, said: “We’re extremely delighted to extend our partnership with NLB as it affirms our strong results-oriented media strategy to deliver the objectives”.

The campaign will run from April 2010 to March 2011 across various media platforms.
