Emmanuel Paget resigns business development and communication role at Nurun China

SHANGHAI - Emmanuel Paget, business development and communications director of Nurun China, has resigned from his role. His last working day was 8 June.

Paget said that he is in discussions regarding a few career opportunities in Shanghai, but that but he is not planning to move to another digital agency.

He joined Nurun in late 2010, first as lab evangelist before assuming his most recent role after a year.

Nurun’s digital client portfolio includes Pernod Ricard China, L'Oreal Paris, Lancôme,  Kielh's, Tag Heuer, Danone and FAW-Volkswagen.

With 20 years of experience in digital marketing and communications, managing teams and growing businesses, Paget moved to China from France in 2004. He has since been in management roles such as being the group head at Avangarde Shanghai.

Paget joined F-Emotion as MD when they started in China, and helped opened the Korean and Beijing branch office, which were acquired by  Publicis in 2007.

Former managing director of TBWA and Tequila Paris Florence Garçon, who joined Nurun Shanghai in May 2011 as general manager in charge of several key clients including L'Oreal, was promoted to managing director in January.

Nurun is a subsidiary of Quebecor Media, one of Canada’s largest media companies. Nurun’s international network includes 1200 professionals in Asia, Europe and North America, including 120 in China.
