How these six brands are collaborating with ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’

The characters are everywhere, toning down the film’s R-rated humor for brands.

How these six brands are collaborating with ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’

Suddenly feel like you’re seeing Deadpool and Wolverine in every ad?

The anti-heroes, played by Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, respectively, have been appearing in comedic ads for condiments, deodorant, fast food, beer and reality shows ahead of the theatrical release of Deadpool & Wolverine on July 26.

Here’s how six brands are teaming up with Marvel to promote the third film in the iconic Deadpool franchise.

Heinz

Ever realize how Deadpool’s red suit and Wolverine’s yellow suit look a lot like Heinz ketchup and mustard? Heinz is making sure that once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

Jack in the Box

Deadpool is a self-proclaimed lover of all Mexican food, but there is one dish in particular that he loves most: the chimichanga. Jack in the Box is launching spicy ads, starring both Deadpool and brand mascot Jack Box, to celebrate the brand new Mini Chimi Bang Bangs, which hit menus on July 15.

During San Diego Comic-Con, one Jack in the Box San Diego location will offer 2,000 limited-edition Collectible Deadpool and Wolverine Big AL Packs featuring specially curated art of Deadpool & Wolverine.

Heineken

Heineken Silver is celebrating the film's release in a creative campaign showing how the light beer is the perfect bridge to resolve the bitterness between Deadpool and Wolverine.

DiGorno

DiGorno's spot features a delicious menage a za -- just Deadpool, DiGorno and a lot of spicy chaos.

The collaboration includes four limited-edition “wildly inappropriate” LTO pizzas inspired by the film. From June 17-August 26, movie fans and pizza stans can visit DiGiorno.com/deadpoolandwolverine to enter for a chance to win different prizes.

“The Bachelorette”

Airing during the premiere of "The Bachelorette" starring Jenn Tran this month, a minute-long spot tried to convince viewers that Deadpool & Wolverine is, actually, a date movie

Old Spice

Deadpool stinks. An ad from Old Spice features Deadpool's roommate, Blind Al, explaining that while she cannot see the anti-hero, she can definitely smell him. Fortunately, she can rely on Old Spice's Total Body deoderant to solve the problem.
