Leo Burnett wins big at Clios 2011

GLOBAL - Asia-Pacific's agencies won a total of 87 awards, including 11 gold, at Clios 2011. The award ceremony takes place in New York tonight.

Included in the 85 awards were 11 gold, 33 silver and 43 bronze.

The Leo Burnett network claims 17 of the 85 awards, followed by Ogilvy with 10.

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne won two gold Clios for Guide Dog Australia's 'Support scent. Colenso BBDO Auckland also won gold for TVNZ's 'Dog fight'.

Leo Burnett won two golds for Ikea's 'Trailer' and McDonald's 'Wrapped' in Hong Kong and Jakarta, respectively. Also out of Indonesia, Y&R Jakarta won gold for LG GX200 and Lowe Indonesia for Unicef PSA.

Further gold awards went to JWT India for Fujifilm's 'Inner smile', George Patterson Y&R Brisbane for South Pacific Brewery's 'Beer coasters', Hakuhodo for K's Japan Guitar's 'Smash: Born to be destroyed' and Ogilvy Thailand for Karana Travelgear.
