Sheu (pictured) joins JWT Beijing from Lintas Shanghai, where she served as managing partner for the past year.
In her new role, Sheu will directly report in to JWT China CEO Donald Chan and work closely with the JWT Beijing management team, including chief creative officerPolly Chu, ECD Rich Shiue, planning director Delia Liu and director-in- charge Ruston Spurlock.
JWT Beijing’s key international clients include Nokia and Microsoft, while Yili, COFCO, China Unicom, RenRen.com, Gome are part of their local client portfolio.
Sheu has a total of 12 years work experience within the WPP group alone. Her advertising career began in Taiwan working at McCann-Erikson. She later worked for eight years atOgilvy & Mather in Taiwan and Shanghai, before relocating to Beijing in 2005 to take up the MD role at Grey Beijing for four years. She also had brief stint as group MD at Euro RSCG Beijing.
Sheu has worked with high-profile global and local clients across a broad spectrum of categories, including Unilever, Nestlé, GlaxoSmithKline , KFC, Chrysler Jeep, China Mobile, Master Kong, Tsingdao, Haier and MOTO.

Reported this month, JWT has acquired a majority stake in A4A, a full service digital agency in China, subject to regulatory approval. Meanwhile, Andy Xu, general manager of JWT Beijing, has stepped down from his post due to undisclosed personal reasons, reported earlier this month.
Lintas Shanghai said it is talking to a few potential candidates for Sheu's replacement.
