Mabel Leung becomes AXA's regional head of brand and insights

HONG KONG - Former media agency head Mabel Leung (pictured) has joined the client side, becoming the regional head of brand & insights at AXA Asia Pacific Holdings.

Leung, was most recently Starcom Guangzhou's managing director for the P&G team before resigning the position after finishing her two-year contract in late August. She had worked for Starcom Greater China office altogether for 15 years.
 
Now back in Hong Kong, Leung’s new role will be responsible for building and strengthening the AXA brand in the countries in which the company operates in Asia. A key part of her brand responsibilities will include overseeing all brand related projects and key performance indicators KPIs, including all brand tracking conducted by Asia Life.
 
“As well as bringing considerable advertising experience to AXA, Mabel's deep expertise in media planning and buying will ensure AXA Asia Life's growing brand investments are deployed with maximum effectiveness,” the company said.
