The government tender, which was launched in June this year, is part of its bi-annual procedure and statutory for all Government-linked accounts.

According to sources, Mandate is said to have secured the account beating five other contenders.

The agencies pitching for the account included Leo Burnett, McCann Worldgroup, OG8, 3-SixtyBrand Communications, Atomz I and Yuan Associates.

The scope of work includes media strategy and development as well as through-the-line marketing activities on print, TV, radio, outdoor and online channels.

One part of the campaign, which includes out-of-home advertisements on bus shelters and national dailies, has already rolled out in SIngapore.
