McCann Worldgroup chairman, president and CEO Ricki Arches said, “Gino understands the McCann brand very well. With his wealth of experience with some of the world’s most reputable brands, he will definitely enrich our strategic capabilities and drive them to the next level."

Borromeo began his career at McCann Erickson and Harrison Communications in the Philippines where he worked on brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Vaseline, Jollibee and San Miguel. He moved to Singapore in 2007 where he took on some of the region’s high profile brands like HSBC, Pizza Hut, ESPN and Lexus.
