Brennan replaces Erik Ingvoldstad, who left MRM late last year to return to his native Norway.

Commenting on the appointment, Nick Handel, MD Singapore, described Brennan as an eclectic blend of talents - an award-winning creative, an advocate of technology and an entrepreneur who has set up his own highly successful digital agency in Japan. “We’re thrilled that he has joined MRM.”

Brennan joins MRM after 14 years of experience in Japan. Most recently, he was ECD at Fluid, an agency which he established in 2006. Prior to Fluid, he also founded boutique digital agency, Panache Interactive, where he managed the likes of VW, Club Med, Hilton and Adidas, and grew the agency to 25 staff. His work has received numerous awards including ‘Best car site in Asia’.

CEO of McCann Worldgroup, Ben Lightfoot, added, “Nic represents a new breed of technology-inspired creative talent, which is consistent with our vision of putting technology and performance at the heart of the McCann Worldgroup offering. We’re excited by his arrival and by the prospect of leveraging his unique skill sets across the broader group of agencies.”
