MSQ appointed to Shell global roster

MSQ, owner of agencies including Walk-In Media, Brave Spark, and MMT Digital, has been appointed to Shell’s global agency roster following a six-month competitive pitch.

The creative and technology network will join existing Shell agencies including Wunderman Thompson, VCCP and Edelman, with work for the energy group starting this month.

Work will be led by a core global team across MSQ agencies, The Gate and MBAstack, and cover a range of multi-channel offline as well as digital, social and influencer campaigns.

The global MSQ team in London will be supported by the MSQ network of offices and partners in APAC and the Americas.

The process was handled by intermediary Booster.

Stephen Maher, the MSQ network lead across the business and chief executive of MBAstack, explained: “We are absolutely thrilled to be working with the truly world class brand that is Shell and at such a pivotal moment for the business.”

Maher added: “We are so looking forward to developing groundbreaking work together across the globe.”

The new business win comes after another win for MSQ when CFA Institute, an organisation providing financial education to investment professionals, appointed the network to its global marketing account in March.
