Omnicom Media Group (OMG) has appointed Justin Low, formerly MD for communications and brand marketing with Publicis Groupe Greater China, as its chief communications officer for APAC.

In the role, a new one for OMG, Low will be responsible for elevating the network’s brand reputation, narrative and profile, as well as developing and implementing communication and marketing initiatives across its markets. Low is relocating from Shanghai to Singapore and will report to Tony Harradine, CEO for OMG APAC. He will continue to maintain "a keen focus" on China, according to the company.

Neeraj Khanna, OMG's marketing communications director for APAC, will report to Low.

Prior to his role in China, Low was based in New York as global vice president of communications and brand marketing at Spark Foundry, where he rolled out the agency’s global rebrand in 2017. Before that, he managed corporate communications for Starcom Mediavest Group in Greater China and Southeast Asia, based in Shanghai and Singapore, respectively.

“In today’s competitive business landscape, communications will no doubt play a pivotal role in ensuring we articulate a consistent brand voice internally and externally," Harradine said. "Given Justin’s extensive experience and strategic mindset, I am confident that he will value-add to that equation and fuel our regional growth impetus."
