Omnifluence previously focused on developing business and marketing strategies before selecting agency partners to execute the plans for its clients. But Calvin Siew, founding partner and director at Omnifluence, said more clients are asking the company to execute its plans directly. The acquisition of TokTog, completed yesterday, will give Omnifluence that capability.

The agency's past and present clients include Sony, Sony Mobile, Spring Singapore, Health Sciences Authority and Microsoft. Meanwhile, TokTog has worked with CIMB Bank, Nescafe and British Theatre Playhouse.

Huang co-founded The Secret Little Agency, where he worked as creative partner from 2006 to 2011 with clients like Shell, Fox and Motorola.

"Marcus is no stranger to both Omnifluence and TokTog, having worked with both companies in the last six months as an independent creative,” Siew said.
