The tools, Prism, is the first of its kind in Taiwan's OOH industry.

The tools include Prism Scene (with data of billboards covering eight major business areas in Taipei City), Prism Map (linked with Google Maps to provide geographic analysis information), and Prism Screen, which is the first tailor-made tool for OOH digital media in the world.

Kiki Loh, GM of Posterscope Taiwan, said, “It is a major breakthrough for the OOH industry in Taiwan, which is very competitive and cluttered. Advertisers and media planners and buyers often have to rely on a third party like AC Nielson for information on ROI and effectiveness.”

“Advertisers can use these new tools to monitor and track their competitors’ OOH activities in over 90 per cent of central business districts in Taiwan," she added.
