Liew was RGA Singapore's first employee. Prior to that he was associate director at AKQA in San Francisco.

Liew said he joined TSLA thanks to its "unique blend of disciplines and a native, channel-agnostic approach."

Liew will work alongside CCO Hanyi Lee on the agency's core roster of clients, which includes Evian, Shell, Unilever, Lego and Singapore's Economic Development Board.

"Our clients and our work will benefit most from Ronnie’s vast technical expertise and wealth of international technology experience," said Nicholas Ye, TSLA CEO.
