SPRING hands US$4m media business to PHD

SINGAPORE - Enterprise development agency SPRING Singapore has handed its media business, valued at US$4.33 million, to PHD Singapore.

The win follows a competitive pitch for the business covering online and offline media planning and buying within Singapore. The account is effective immediately.

“An iconic local establishment, SPRING is a key enabler to Singapore’s fast growing economy,” Sony Wong, CEO of Omnicom Media Group in Singapore said. “PHD will work closely to support SPRING’s vision of putting enterprises from Singapore on the global map. It’s a huge opportunity for us and we are humbled by this win.”

The incumbent is UM Singapore.

SPRING Singapore is an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, responsible for helping Singapore enterprises grow and build trust in Singapore products and services. It works with partners to help enterprises in financing, capability and management development, technology and innovation, and access to markets. It is also the national standards and accreditation body.
