As the top marketer for Kraft Heinz in the region, Dhiren Amin is tasked with growing more than a billion dollar portfolio across multiple food categories in Asia, heading up marketing and R&D functions, leading a team of 100+ people.

From an agency background as a strategic planner in Euro RSCG India, BBG and McCann Worldgroup, Amin has steadily risen the ranks.  He moved brand-side to Unilever in 2013 as a global brand development manager based in Singapore, overseeing the successful relaunch and growth of Vaseline Men in key SEA markets.

Amin then joined Kraft Heinz in 2016 based in Jakarta as the head of marketing for Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Indonesia, the same year he made Campaign’s coveted 40 Under 40 list. While there, Amin led the creation of some standout purpose-driven work, like the ‘Real Husbands Cook’ campaign for ABC Soy Sauce that aimed to not only differentiate its brand, but drive gender equality in Indonesia by getting more men to pick up duties in the kitchen. It’s a commitment Amin has reinforced as a three-time juror of Campaign’s ‘Women Leading Change’ awards.

An avid runner, Bollywood enthusiast and cricket fanatic, Amin throws any additional energies at industry events and appearances where he is feted for his public speaking, award judging and presenting prowess (he’s twice been named ‘best presenter’ at the APPIES).
