After four years as head of account management, Great will take on the role of managing director. She will report to Hadfield.

Great joined BBH London in 1999 and moved to Singapore in 2002. She runs a number of key regional accounts and was involved in the wins of the global Chupa Chups and regional Surf businesses in recent years.

Taking Frances' role is business director Christina Chong, who has been promoted to head of account management.

Chong joined BBH from Ogilvy in 2006 to run its Vaseline business. She now manages the Vaseline account with both regional and global responsibilities and has over 12 years experience in the industry.

Planning director, Frank Reitgassl has been promoted to head of account planning.

Reitgassl began his career with BBH London in 2000 as a graduate trainee. In 2006, he moved to the Asia-Pacific office and has since worked on the regional accounts for Axe, Chupa Chups, The Coca Cola Company and Surf.

On the promotions, Hadfield said: “These new appointments are natural progressions for Frances, Chris and Frank. They are exceptional talents with great BBH experience and tenure. They’ve helped deliver our success to date, and I’m sure that they’ll lead us to future successes.”
