Lowe appoints Asia planning director for Rexona account

SINGAPORE - Subodh Deshpande (pictured), the former regional planner and head of planning for McCann Worldgroup in Singapore, has joined Lowe as planning director for Rexona in Asia.

Deshande, who will continue to be based in Singapore, has 13 years experience in advertising. He joined McCann Mumbai as strategic planner in 1998 and moved to McCann Worldgroup in Singapore in 2005.

In his career he’s worked with companies such Coca-Cola, Vaseline (Unilever), Johnson & Johnson and Sara Lee, MasterCard, Diageo, KFC and Acuvue.
