Ogilvy named brand consultancy for Elegant Prosper

Effective in September, the assignment will focus on helping the company to promote its brand image globally.

Ogilvy is tasked with brand strategy development, image consulting and marketing communications counsel for two of the garment-maker's major brands, Elegant Prosper and The Beautiful Future.

According to Joyce Chang, managing director of O&M Advertising in Shanghai, the goal is to transform the two brands "into true global brands that will be loved and admired by stylish, confident women in China."

Reported in March, O&M was appointed to the creative business for Tsingtao Beer in China, replacing incumbent Saatchi & Saatchi.
