The success of Enesis in Thailand has kick-started plans for a possible expansion of the FMCG group into other key Asian markets including the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia and Hong Kong.

“Enesis is a key account for us and our team is looking forward to driving the group’s success story in Asia. A long-standing client, Enesis has contributed in establishing PHD’s strength in this market,” said Wilawan Charoensedtasin, GM of PHD Thailand.

“The reason we chose PHD as our partner is clear - a big and trusted company supported by a well experienced team and cutting edge software to gain optimum ‘TVC placement design’ expected of a media agency," said Agus Suryo Widagdo, head of international business at Enesis Group.

"The PHD Thailand team is very supportive in providing updated information which is very important and critical for our analysis and decision making. With the long partnership we have, we are confident that PHD will be the right partner for our future development to other markets not only in Asia but also worldwide.”

Enesis Group entered the Thai market with a mosquito repellent lotion, Soffell – an innovative product within its category. The group has been consistently growing market share for Soffell in a highly competitive marketplace and has developed the critical mass for it to become the biggest mosquito repellant brand outside the United States.

Enesis Group’s annual spend on A&P in Thailand is in excess of US$6 million.
