Modi is based in Singapore and will lead Mindshare’s commercial propositions for Asia-Pacific. He moves from mother company Group M where he was the commercial head for the region.

In his regional role, Modi will focus on contracts with clients and vendors, risk management and trading initiatives in key markets.

Ashutosh Srivastava, CEO, Mindshare APAC, commented, “Modi is universally trusted, respected and liked. In other words, he is perfect for this role.”

“Modi’s ability to understand a client’s needs and then design a fair and balanced commercial proposal to match both their service and financial requirements is unparalleled,” Srivastava added.
