Rob Gilby, former CEO for Asia Pacific at Dentsu, has joined creative tech firm Moonji as a senior advisor—announcing the move via LinkedIn. Gilby stepped down from Dentsu in October 2024 after two years leading the network’s operations across Asia Pacific, where he oversaw regional integration and strategic transformation under the global One Dentsu initiative. Prior to Dentsu, Gilby held senior roles at The Walt Disney Company, where he was managing director for Southeast Asia, and at WarnerMedia, where he served as president and managing director for Asia Pacific. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Nielsen and PwC. At Moonji, Gilby will support the company’s growth strategy and creative technology capabilities across generative AI, virtual production and avatar development.

TBWA Media Arts Lab (MAL), Apple’s bespoke global creative agency, has appointed Minah Lee as managing director and promoted Youji Noh to executive creative director for its Seoul office. Lee will report to Katrien De Bauw, global chief executive officer, and partner with Noh to lead the agency and client relationship. Lee joins MAL from her previous role as head of account management at Amazon Korea and has honed her expertise in marketing strategy and management through roles at Cheil Worldwide, Samsung Mobile, Coupang, and Vestiaire Collective. Noh has been instrumental in MAL Seoul’s creative evolution, leading celebrated work. She will continue to report to Brent Anderson, global chief creative officer, while overseeing the creative and production departments.
Publicis Sapient has appointed Gavin Seewooruttun as vice president, data and AI lead, to spearhead its data and artificial intelligence efforts in Australia. Most recently, he helped set up and launch an AI-powered professional services solutions tool, Advaise, as chief technology officer and co-founder at the platform. Before that, Seewooruttun worked for EY as its Asia Pacific AI leader and head of analytics at C3, a firm specialising in analytics and data, as well as programme director at technology consulting and services organisation Wipro Limited.
Omnicom Media Group’s (OMG) Hearts and Science Australia has appointed Peita Pacey as chief strategy and behaviour change officer. She will report to the agency’s national managing director, Liz Wigmore. Pacey joined the agency in June 2017 as head of strategy before becoming head of behaviour change in September 2022. Before becoming head of strategy at OMD, she worked as head of strategy for Sydney at Dentsu’s Carat.

One Green Bean has appointed Amber Abbott as chief executive officer.
