SINGAPORE - Richard Huggins (pictured), regional sales director of Microsoft Advertising in Southeast Asia, is set to leave his position.

Richard Huggins leaves Microsoft Advertising
According to a statement from Microsoft Advertising, Huggins, who has been in this role for four years, has decided to seek fresh opportunities.

Microsoft Advertising added that they are currently supporting Huggins in his search for a new role within the company while the search for his replacement is underway.

Based in Singapore, Huggins was responsible for the sales team at Microsoft Advertising across Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions in 2006, he was the regional sales director at BusinessWeek Singapore.

Separately, Microsoft Advertising has strengthened its local sales team with the appointments of Sunita Kaur and Lavin Vaswani as country sales managers in Singapore.

Last July, Microsoft Advertising announced it was taking its advertising sales operations in-house and would be expanding its team to serve clients directly instead of through sales partners.
