According to the agency, The Upper Storey will focus on digital measurement, tracking and optimisation in an effort to educate eBay Southeast Asia’s customers on how to best connect with buyers and sellers in other key markets globally, including the US, UK and Australia.

The account will be managed out of the agency’s production centre Studio TUS in Kuala Lumpur, which was launched last year to service international and Singapore-based clients.

“The Upper Storey delivers creative excellence, and adopts a cost-effective approach to production which helps improve ROI,” Allis Ghim, director at eBay Southeast Asia and Japan, said in a statement. “We believe that it will be able to help us effectively communicate our value proposition of providing cross border trade opportunities for businesses in Southeast Asia.”

eBay Inc. claims to be the world's largest online marketplace, and further owns global payment service PayPal.
