UM Singapore will provide the full scope of integrated media services, including offline, digital, consumer insights and research.

UM has a track record working with other government agencies including Singapore Prisons and Spring Singapore.

Clinton Simpson, managing director at UM Singapore (pictured), commented on the win, "We are thrilled to be working with the Ministry of Home Affairs. It was a rigorous review process – The Ministry was looking for an agency partner able to clearly demonstrate a plan to add value to all home team departments, with complete transparency."

He added, "We have an impressive track record on government accounts and the appointment comes off the back of months of work from the team. We can't wait to get started."

This win follows a successful run for the Mediabrands operation in Singapore, including the Premier Farnell business implemented across Southeast Asia.
