VinaCapital Real Estate | VinaCapital Real Estate Digital Brand Building | Vietnam

VinaCapital Real Estate (VCRE), one of Vietnam's largest real estate investors, has tasked red | Brand Builders with revamping the digital offerings for four of its property brands.

Chris Elkin, managing director at red | Brand Builders, explains that people are increasingly going online to research investments and property options in Vietnam.  “These audiences typically range from high net worth individuals and their spouses to institutional investors,” he says. Elkin adds that consumers’ first impressions of properties are often developed directly from websites.

red | Brand Builders is set to maximise search engine optimisation for VCRE’s Azura, The Ceana Villas & Resort Hoi An, The Cham and the World Trade Centre Danang. The sites will offer more information and downloadable content, such as brochures and sales contacts allowing potential buyers to get in touch with VCRE directly.

Future marketing strategies are also planned to drive traffic and sales for VCRE. red | Brand Builders was appointed as the agency-of-record for VCRE in 2008.
