Carat Korea promotes Woohyun Nam to CEO

SEOUL - Aegis Media has promoted Woohyun Nam from his post as general manager of Carat Korea, to CEO of the agency.

He will now take on the overall management of the agency and will also have a seat on the Aegis Media Korea executive board.

Nam joined Carat Korea in 2006 as communications planning director, and rose to the position of general manager in 2008. Under his stewardship the agency has doubled in size, bringing in new clients such as 20th Century Fox, H&M, and Ralph Lauren. 

"Nam has not only grown the agency, he has initiated a new style of media agency that uses world-class insights nad media convergence undersgtanding to deliver the best results for clients both on and offline," commented David Holtham, CEO of Aegis Media North Asia.
