Rocha, previously group managing director at Brand Finance, is tasked with overseeing the development of the brand valuation practice across 40 offices worldwide.

Brand valuation is at the heart of Intebrand's business and Rocha's appointment comes at a vital time, commented Interbrand's global chief executive officer Jez Frampton. "In the context of our current global economy, understanding how and why a business creates value has never been more critical."

Rocha has specialised in brand and business valuation for over a decade, both to support brand strategy decision-making and also for technical purposes such as financial reporting and tax. As managing director of Brand Finance, he led valuation and strategy assignments globally across a wide range of sectors.
