Isobar China now has three creative directors—Chen (pictured), Tommy Liu and Ciacia Hu—in its Shanghai office, and one group creative director, Jerbin Yuan, in Beijing. They all work closely with Peter Shen, wwwins Isobar China chief creative officer, and Tim Doherty, creative partner.

With more than 10 years of multi-disciplinary creative experience, Chen has worked on a diverse range of local and international clients, including Nike, Philips, 7-Eleven, Heineken, KFC, Clean & Clear, Doritos, Dove and Dragonair, and has been honoured at major international and regional awards including Cannes Lions, Clio, Yahoo Big Idea Chair and the Times Asia-Pacific Advertising Awards.

One of the award-winning campaigns Chen has been involved in is the 'Heineken open your world campaign', which challenged consumers to invite their Facebook friends to a party. Winners were treated to a real fashion party.

The agency said clients are always looking for integrated marketing solutions, so "bringing technology and innovative creativity closer together to create irresistible ideas across all channels will be the key challenge for Chen".

Isobar China has reported tripling its staff headcount last year to more than 650 people in five cities.
