HONG KONG - Jenny To has joined Euro RSCG as the new general manager of its Euro Hong Kong office. The appointment took effect on 9 January.

To (pictured) will replace Barbara Yeh, who resigned for personal reasons at the end of January, having been with the agency for just over a year.

As a core member of the agency’s management team in Hong Kong, she will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and working across key accounts such as Pizza Hut, Sony and DBS Compass Visa. She will report to CC Tang, chairman of Euro RSCG Hong Kong. To and Tang worked together previously at DDB Hong Kong.

A 16-year communications veteran with strong experience in the Hong Kong market, To brings a successful track record in managing various domestic and multinational clients' accounts. These include Hutchison Whampao and Chinachem Property, Bank of China Life Insurance, KFC, and DBS Bank.

Her agency experience includes a significant stint with Ogilvy & Mather, where over the past five years she held roles including general manager of RedWorks and director of client services.

She has also worked on the client side, including senior marketing roles with Citibank, Netvigator and SaSa Comestics.

“We are sad to see Barbara go as she has done an outstanding job,” Tang commented.  “Getting the right talent is essential to the business. Jenny has got the right personality for this role, backed by tons of hands-on experience.”

Reported last January, Ogilvy RedWorks Macau has promoted its GM Catarina Lio to managing director.
