Ogilvy's RedWorks scoops 7-Eleven creative accounts for Big Gulp and Slurpee

SINGAPORE - Ogilvy's RedWorks has extended its relationship with convenience store 7-Eleven after clinching its Big Gulp and Slurpee accounts in Singapore without a pitch.

The incumbent on the accounts was Grey Group. The latest appointments build on a partnership that began when RedWorks was handed 7-Eleven’s in-store point-of-sale business and its Ready-to-Eat account.

RedWorks has been tasked with refreshing and rejuvenating the brand propositions for the convenience store’s Big Gulp and Slurpee products.

The agency will be handling the creative strategy, in-store point-of-sale materials, above-the-line and possibly out-of-home executions for the two suites.

On appointing RedWorks, Tan Siew Shuen, business development and marketing manager at 7-Eleven, said her organisation was impressed by RedWork's speed and flexibility in meeting their needs in the ever-changing retail space.

She added: "Their quality of work and great suite of creative materials helped in the success of the Ready-To-Eat meals and sandwiches. We're confident that RedWorks can help further widen our lead over the competition.”
