Singapore government rolls out wave of PR and social tenders

The National Arts Council (NAC) has launched a search for PR and digital marketing partners to drive communications and publicity efforts promoting Singapore as a Southeast Asian arts hub. The contract runs for two years from April 1, 2026, with an option to extend for one more year. NAC may appoint either a single agency across both remits or split the account between PR and digital. The tender closes on December 15, 2025.

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) seeks a social media agency of record to manage and grow its presence across seven platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, X and YouTube. The agency will also be responsible for influencer collaborations. The appointment spans two years, with submissions due January 9, 2026.

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) invites PR agencies to handle media relations and event support for Singapore Maritime Week 2026. The four-month contract, from January to April 2026, involves working closely with MPA’s corporate communications team and the event organiser. The tender closes on December 3, 2025.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is on the lookout for a digital and social agency to develop and manage integrated content strategies and creative campaigns for various initiatives. The contract runs for two years with an optional one-year extension. The URA will provide an honorarium of SG$3,000 (US$2,313) to unsuccessful shortlisted agencies. The tender closes on December 10, 2025.

Meanwhile, Open Government Products (OGP), the tech unit of Singapore’s GovTech, seeks a social agency to create content for its Instagram, Facebook and TikTok channels, to boost public awareness and trust. The one year contract will run from from January 2026 to January 2027. The deadline is December 8, 2025.
