Leo Burnett Mumbai, part of Publicis Groupe India, has announced the restructuring of its senior leadership team to initiate a new phase of growth under this revamped leadership structure.

The revised leadership team includes Abhimanyu Khedkar, who has been promoted to managing partner after eight-and-a-half years with the agency. Khedkar, known for his work on major brands in the Burnett portfolio, has been recognised on both international and national levels.

Joining him as managing partner is Neetika Aggarwal, who brings over two decades of experience with significant brands such as Nestle, PepsiCo, and Airtel. Aggarwal's recent role was at VMLY&R. Aggarwal also has a background in digital interventions for notable projects with Facebook (Meta).

Additionally, Saurabh Dahiya has been appointed as the head of strategy. Having joined the agency a few months prior, Dahiya has been focused on enhancing strategic creativity for client growth and transformation. His 18-year career has included roles across brand, digital, and customer experience strategy in various regions including the Middle-East, South East Asia, and India.

Together, Khedkar and Aggarwal will lead the business side of Leo Burnett Mumbai, while Dahiya will spearhead the strategic functions. Amitesh Rao, CEO of Leo Burnett South Asia, commented on the leadership overhaul, highlighting the agency's strong performance and its role as a leader in innovative solutions for clients.

“Leo Burnett Mumbai is one of the top creative agencies in the country today, having seen an incredible run of success in paving the way for new age solutions for its clients. It is also an agency with insatiable ambition and hunger, and the enhanced leadership team is at the vanguard of our future growth and glory. I am delighted to have Abhimanyu, Neetika and Saurabh—with their diverse strategic, corporate and client backgrounds - bring brilliant new perspective to our journey going forward,” shared Rao.
